This day is a tribute to Hockey legend Major Dhyan Chand and celebrates the nation’s sporting icons, honoring their contributions and dedication to bringing laurels to the country on the international stage. The NSD 2019 marked a significant moment with the grand launch of the FIT India Mission by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, aiming to revive and promote a vibrant sports culture across the nation.
This year, to further this mission, Minstry of Youth Affairs and Sports,FIT India in collaboration with MyGov, invites you to participate in the “Champions of India: National Sports Day Quiz 2024”.
