Rashtriya ePushtakalaya ( राष्ट्रीय ई पुस्तकालय )
Rashtriya e-Pustakalaya, the National Digital Library for Children and
Adolescents, an initiative by the Department of School Education & Literacy,
Ministry of Education, Government of India, aims to provide free access to
high-quality books for children and adolescents across different geographies,
languages, genres, and educational levels. The Rashtriya e-Pustakalaya
application is available on Android and iOS platforms and is a digital toolkit
for students. It offers thousands of books well categorized in age-groups (3-8,
8-11, 11-14, 14-18) with age-appropriate stories, biographies, classics,
science fiction, novels etc.
Students can take advantage of the Rashtriya e-Pustakalaya app for developing a habit of reading with access to thousands of free digital books. This will help in creating a generation of well-read citizens
